No. For standard services, the price you see is the price you pay. Any additional costs, such as extended bin hire or urgent delivery, are clearly shown before you confirm your booking.
Most services have fixed pricing based on the option you select. In some cases, pricing can vary depending on volume, location, number of bins/boxes, frequency etc but this will always be outlined upfront before you proceed.
Because it's a single trip. With on-site bins we deliver, then return to collect. The driver-waits service is one visit only, which means lower cost passed straight on to you.
The whole thing takes a couple of minutes online. Pick your service, choose a date, pay at checkout. Delivery is then made on the day of your choosing. Standard delivery requires 2 business days notice, with same day available for orders placed before 10am or next business day for a premium fee.
Yes. One-off bins stay on-site for up to two weeks. If you need more time, we can extend for a small weekly fee.
Yes. Every job includes one, issued after your documents are destroyed.
